Why This Price

Fair, Flat, and Up Front.

Most GLP-1 clinics bill $200–$300 per month on an open-ended subscription. That math means a one-month trial actually costs you three months before you can decide honestly.

AFJA is built around a different bet: give you a full 6 weeks of real physician care and medication for $199 flat, then let you decide honestly what comes next. If GLP-1 turns out to be right for you, we can help you continue. If it doesn’t, you’re out $199 and a real lab panel — not a year of subscription.

One Program. One Price.

Everything the 6-week protocol delivers — physician care, medication, labs, support — wrapped into one flat fee.

Pricing Questions.

Is anything billed after week 6?+

No. There is no auto-renewal. If you and your physician decide a maintenance protocol makes sense, that’s a separate conversation with its own pricing, quoted to you before any further charge.

What if I’m not a medical fit?+

If labs or history rule out GLP-1 therapy for you, the affiliated physician will say so. Refunds cover the medication + lab portion of the $199 fee; consultation work performed is earned at the time of service.

Can I cancel partway through?+

Yes. Cancellations are pro-rated by what has been delivered. (1) Before any consultation: full refund. (2) After consultation but before labs/medication: refund of medication + lab portion; consultation fees are earned. (3) After medication ships: pro-rated refund of unshipped medication and unrun labs only.

Does insurance cover this?+

No. AFJA is cash-pay by design. GLP-1 medications for weight management are generally not covered by insurance without a qualifying diagnosis (such as type 2 diabetes). We provide itemized receipts for HSA/FSA submission on request.

What does maintenance cost if I continue?+

Maintenance pricing depends on the protocol your physician recommends at the end-of-program review. Specific numbers are shared at that consult — never pre-committed.
