Built for People Who Are Done With Diet Culture.
AFJA is a medically-supervised weight loss program for adults who want real medicine, a defined commitment, and a physician who takes them seriously.
Weight Loss Medicine Deserves Actual Medicine.
Most weight-loss advice is built around willpower. Many online GLP-1 clinics use subscription models. Neither approach treats the patient seriously as a medical case.
AFJA was built in the space in between. A defined 6-week program. Real physician consults. Pre-treatment labs. Honest conversations about what works and what doesn’t. And a price point that makes it possible to try responsible medical care without betting a year of your budget on it.
Evidence-Based. Individualized. Time-Bounded.
The physicians in the AFJA network follow current clinical evidence on GLP-1 therapy and adjust for the individual patient. Dose titration is based on how your body responds, not on a pre-set calendar. Side-effect management is hands-on. If the labs show GLP-1 isn’t safe or isn’t the right tool, the affiliated physician says so. Refunds cover the medication + lab portion; consultation fees are earned at the time of service.
Most importantly: the program is time-bounded. Six weeks is enough to see whether your body responds to GLP-1 therapy. It’s long enough for dose adjustments to matter and short enough to decide honestly what comes next — without an auto-renewal locking you in.
A Network of Independent Medical Practices.
AFJA Enterprise LLC contracts with a network of independent, physician-owned medical practices across the United States to deliver clinical care. Every patient is matched with a board-certified physician licensed in their own state of residence — with experience in obesity medicine and metabolic health.
The specific affiliated physician matched to your care is identified at intake. Provider profiles (including names, board certifications, NPI numbers, and current state license numbers) are maintained by each affiliated practice and made available to prospective patients on request.
AFJA Enterprise LLC is a Management Services Organization (MSO).
AFJA Enterprise LLC ("AFJA") is a non-clinical technology and operational platform — a Management Services Organization (MSO). AFJA does not practice medicine, does not employ physicians, does not make clinical decisions, and does not write prescriptions.
All medical care — patient evaluation, lab interpretation, diagnosis, prescribing, and follow-up — is provided by a network of independent, physician-owned medical practices ("the affiliated practices") across the United States. The affiliated practices contract with AFJA for non-clinical services (technology platform, scheduling, lab coordination, billing operations). Every physician in the network is board-certified and licensed in the state in which they see patients. The specific affiliated physician matched to your care is identified at intake.
This MSO + affiliated-network structure is industry-standard across telehealth (Hims, Ro, Premier Hormone Health, etc.) and ensures that clinical decisions remain in the hands of licensed clinicians exercising independent medical judgment.
Compounded medications, where prescribed by an affiliated physician, are prepared by state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and are not themselves FDA-approved products.
Four Non-Negotiables.
